Just back.....Our friends and us enjoyed this property (unit 608) for 9 days . Great location, Georgous condo. and managers easy to reach. Would return again.

We loved the updated kitchen and the tile floors.
Some of our favorite restaurants were Marina Jacks, Case Key Fish House, Philippis, Sharkeys on the Pier (new restaurant), and Crab & Fin. The beach is wonderful and we also enjoyed the pool.

Loved the condo and would definitely rent it again in the future. It was newly renovated and beautifully furnished.

We enjoyed 2 awesome weeks in October on Siesta Key. 2 bedroom condo updated and furnished beautifully. The location is perfect for many activities. We would highly recommend this unit. What's not to love - sugar sand beach, miles of beach to walk and glorious sunsets.

Another year and back at Crystal Sands #803. We brought my wife's sister this year with us. She has never been on a beach in Florida so we had to bring her here to paradise. She loved it. We introduced her to Dan Morgan and he was gracious and made sure to answer any of her questions. The view was the part she loved, but she; as we had been first trip; loved the layout and all the room in the condo. One day on the white sand and she's ready for next years trip!! Dan your the man and that's a fact. Thanks for all you do when we contact you and while we're there. Next year here we come. Three weeks of paradise. We all can't wait!!!

The condo was well equipped. Things were in really good shape. Plan to rent a beach cabana. It's about $125 for a week and so worth it! Enjoy!

2nd time we've stayed at Crystal Sands. This time we were on the 11th floor with a great view. The condo was very clean and we had all the supplies in the kitchen to fix a lot of our own meals. We also ate at Yoder's in Sarasota and at the Blu-Q in the village. It was a very enjoyable week and we plan to return next year.

This was a very well appointed, clean unit in a very desirable condo building in Siesta Key.

The location was perfect. Steps from the gorgeous beach, steps to the pool, close to restaurants and shopping. Condo was clean, well maintained and updated. Could not have been more pleased with the entire experience. We will be coming back to Crystal Sands!

I can't say enough about how wonderful our vacation was in this condo. It was such a beautiful and spotlessly clean unit. The renovation was so great it felt like we were in a brand new unit! And the view was spectacular! We had everything we needed: beach towels, blankets, soaps and detergents,etc. We hope to stay in this same unit again next time.

Beautiful condo right on the beach in Siesta Key - best view you can get! Immaculate when we arrived with nicely updated kitchen and baths. Stunning view of the Gulf and the beach (you can hear the waves even on the 11th floor!). We loved being able to eat breakfast and lunch on the lanai and having the lounger out there too was a nice bonus. Pool was a little cool when we got there Saturday, but warmed up by mid-week (admittedly, I like a fairly warm pool). Condo has everything you could ever want to cook with (although we ate out for every dinner!); we love the convenience of having a washer/dryer in unit. Provided linens were nice quality & plenty of storage for unpacking. Building is nice and secure - you need a key fob to get anywhere (including on the elevators after 5 pm, which we learned from a resident as we went to dinner without a fob and didn't know we'd need one to get back up). Sliding glass doors from each bedroom and the main living room right out to the lanai. Every time we walked into the condo, that view blew us away. Parking was convenient and covered. Building location is a quick drive to the shopping/restaurant district. Would definitely return!!!

We had never been to Siesta Key but were looking for a quick weekend getaway. My husband found the listing online and we booked. The place was wonderful! Easy to find, clean, convenient, etc. I loved the app for my phone! We had one little problem with our drain and a plumber was there immediately. Everything went perfectly.

This was our 3rd stay at #702. We always enjoy the views from the lanai and the beach. Dan is always available for anything needed, and delivers immediately. A great condo.

So relaxing and peaceful. Watched the sunrise from the dock every morning. Very private. Nice pool and deck.

The apartment was beautiful. Has everything you could possibly need from bath & beach towels, to kids beach toys, board games, air mattress, cooler etc. The view from this unit is spectacular. Each room has sliding doors that lead to the lanai. Beautiful sunsets every night. Kitchen is fully equipped. The building provides access to beach & lounge chairs. Never had an issue getting one, they have a large selection. The guest bathroom had a slow drain in the shower, called management & they handled the situation promptly. Had one problem with the building, a loud alarm went off two nights in a row, once around 2am the other time was at 5am. It was some kind of fire alarm. I called management who said they would try contacting the office in the building. Took some time before it was shut off. All the units in the building were experiencing the same problem. Was told that this also happened last month. This is my major complaint. Very startling & annoying when you're trying to rest. Aside from that, management is easy to reach & accommodating. I was there for 10 days & once aging the apartment was beautiful & the views are spectacular. Would highly recommend.

The condo is beautiful and faces both the beach and the pool. The bedrooms are on opposite ends which is nice when vacationing with another couple. This was my first visit to Siesta Key and I loved the white powdery sand and the warm gulf coast water. I would recommend this property and 2 restaurants that were exceptionally good were Dry Dock in Longboat Beach and Turtles on the beach at Turtle Beach. There are restaurants and shops in walking distance of the condo. Great vacation!

Always a pleasure renting from Morgan Properties. We have stayed in numerous units at Crystal Sands, you get what you pay for here. Morgan Properties are prompt to respond to any concern, and have a vast array of units here. We will continue to rent from Morgan Properties as this unit is a gem.

Great one bedroom condo in Palm Bay Club Siesta Key. Clean, great location on the beach.

I have never been to FL. Siesta Key was so beautiful. This condo was clean and more than we expected. Great location. The little town was so much fun. We are definitely coming back!

The unit was very nice - modern furnishing and appliances, very clean. The view of the beach from the unit was great. The tower that the condo is located in is a bit outdated, but the condo itself is nicely renovated. I recommend this condo if you are looking for a nice upscale place to stay right on Siesta Key beach.

Siesta key is our favorite place to go in florida! This was our first time dealing with Morgan Properties. Very professional and quick at returning messages. The building is In THE BEST location! We totally loved the beach view from our balcony. The condo is very roomy and the beds were very comfy. They even have a computer and printer which is just awesome to organize our flight back. I would book again100% same building, same agent for sure.

This condo is always clean which is huge for me!! The condo is spacious and bright and we love that there are beach toys available in the closet. The view is exceptional and the kitchen is perfect for our needs. Our whole family loved our stay!
