Always good with Morgan Properties

Overall - it was a delightful experience. We always think rentals can be cleaned a bit more thoroughly - but, overall this rental was lovely. The management company was truly wonderful to work with.

The villa we rented was comfortable, clean and up to date with furnishings and amentities such as wifi, computer etc. TV's were complicated even for the guys! Unit 206 had a good view of the beach. People were friendly. The area was great with good restaurants. Communication with and the APP they send is very hepful.

Property was absolutely beautiful! View was spectacular. Loved to keep screened porch open at night to listen to waves. The apartment was bright and clean and fully equipped. We would recommend this property in a second . Morgan Properties is a very professional company. We thoroughly enjoyed our three week stay!

Accommodations were good overall. Location was great for our needs- with two small children, but was a bit noisy at night around pool. Property was clean and Morgan Properties is a very professional company and I would not hesitate to refer them

Everything about this was easy to booking to paying. To unlocking the door to be wowed.very nice everything is functional and it looked good

We were looking for a family getaway during the hustle and bustle of the winter season, and we found this gem of a resort in the Siesta Key. The rooms and overall accommodations (parking, location, accessibilities) were clean and outstanding for the price. The location allowed us to easily travel to the Tampa Bay area, Punta Gorda, and Sarasota area while providing a minimal distance to the nearby village. The beach access is clean and has a beautiful view of the gulf, and the private beach provided a relaxing experience with the family.

Morgan Properties Crystal Sands #1107 was a perfect place to bring in the new year. The place is so comfortable and it provides the perfect balance between being on vacation yet still behaving and eating well. The location allows access to everything in the area. The beach is wonderful. The property is clean and comfortable. We truly look forward to our next time we are there.

A great vacation on a perfect beach. Nice pool, Condo was ideally located for beach enjoyment, but a bit of a hassle to get into the village during high-season traffic. Good market close by for food shopping however, so unless you crave the happy-hour bar scene or need lots of touristy shops within walking distance you will like this location.

Beautiful spacious condo with fantastic view. Thoughtfulness in what was included in the condo (starters like soap etc). Lots of space for clothing and baby gear. Helpful recommendations for rental places. Very helpful binder on local attractions. Fixed issues that came up promptly. Very quick replying to emails. Beach was so pretty and pool was great. Highly recommend this professional company!

Very Large 2 bedroom 2 bath with lots of space for a family gathering!

As always we enjoyed our stay in 1106. The condo is clean, spacious, and very well stocked with supplies. And what we couldn't find, Dan made sure we got. Love the view, the huge comfy couch and the wonderful screened in deck. But most of all we love being able to open our windows at night and listen to the waves lapping up against the shore.

We had a lovely time in Siesta Key. The condo was very nice. So easy to get to the beach!

This is our second vacation staying at crystal sands. This condo was very nicely decorated, clean, and with all the amenities you could want/need. It's advertised as sleeping 6, yet it really only sleeps 4 since the beds in the 2nd bedroom are small & there is no pullout couch in the living room. We put the 2 couches together and made a bed. Dan Morgan, the property manager was very attentive to our needs. We would definitely stay there again!

We loved it but the master bedroom tended to be a bit noisy since it is in the front of the condo. Any guests outside late or maid service in the morning or cars/golf carts on the bricks you hear it all. Also make sure you get a laundry card and charge it up before Sunday. That is when we planned to do laundry and the front office is closed. Overall it is a great condo, clean and well maintained with a great location.

Easy to book, great location for the kids...easy access to pool and beach, our family had a fantastic vacation!

The condo was absolutely wonderful. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, as was the rest of the unit. It is in immaculate conditionand of course then there is the view! Morgan Rentals made everything so easy for our arrival and departure. The only time we ate out was at Javier's, which is one of our favorites and it again did not disappoint! I would highly recommend this unit as well as Morgan Rentals. Thank you Dan!

My family had a wonderful stay on this 11th floor unit. The view was terrific and the unit was clean and well stocked with beach supplies, kitchen supplies and linens.
