Beautiful and great location but a little pricey. Loved having a key pad to access the room instead of carrying a key around. Wish there would be one on the gate for the beach too. Everything was perfect except the showers- very hard to turn on and off. Kids could not do on their own.

The unit is high enough to see over the next door condo and thus more of the beach. The TVs are great. The condo is very comfortable and most everything is new. And the beach out front is always spectacular. The pools are heated and kept at a comfortable tempurature. The WiFi worked well once we got the router to take the password.

We were a bit apprehensive about staying in such a large complex however any fears were unwarranted. The property is very convenient and although large, it is designed in such a way that it is not overwhelming. The unit (#504) was terrific and the weather cooperated every day that we were there. I still miss the evenings sitting on the screened lanai watching the sunset....truly some of the best sunsets we've ever seen. It is definitely a place that we will visit again.

I can't think of a nicer place to stay in Siesta than a Morgan property in Crystal Sands. Dan always thinks of everything you might need and the units are furnished beautifully and are very clean. We had some problems with the washing machine, and someone was there within the hour to check on it - that type of service is what brings up back year after year! Of course, the view is unsurpassed! Thanks for another great stay!

The rental property was as described, a perfect location to enjoy Siesta Key's beautiful beach. The condo itself was furnished comfortably with scenic views of the Gulf. It was just enough for a party of two, a little snug for four. It was well equipped wth utensils,tableware,etc Especially appreciated were the premium channels on cable(unusual in most rentals) as well as beach extras of cooler and umbrella. The only negative was the bed! A new mattress is seriously needed as well as comfortable fitted sheets. That would have made our stay perfect.

We had an exceptional experience. The villa was very clean and had everything we needed. It was nice to have a washer and dryer and the sink in the garage to to rinse out sand. It is becoming more and more difficult to find quality, clean rentals for families and this one was perfect. We would definately return and would recommend Morgan Properties to anyone.

Our unit was clean and modern with brand new high end appliances. Can't beat the 380 view of the beach and Sarasota. The beach is spectacular and great for walking or building sand castles. We liked that lots of good shopping and restaurants were nearby.

Crystal Sands #206 siesta key - perfect place for our group of five. We are looking forward to our stay next year. Great service from Dan Morgan, property manager. Best restaurant is Rosebud, best fish market is Walt's.

Really nice condo on first floor - walk out the screen porch door to pool and beach. This is perfect for grandchildren visiting. Dan Morgan is very responsive to all requests and keeps condo well supplied. We look forward to our annual month on Trip Advisors # 1 beach- Crescent Beach Siesta Key!

The Villa was lovely with lots of space and great proximity to both the beach and pool. But definitely felt not having a washer, dryer and TV's in two of the bedrooms was inconvenient. Also felt cleaning supplies should have been supplied for our use.

We were so pleased at how clean and nice the condo was. It was a home away from home. Morgan Properties definitely know how to serve guests. I would stay there again and I would recommend Morgan to all of my friends.

Morgan Properties is a breeze work. The user friendly app is very helpful! Unit 151 is clean and in good repair. Loved having a keypad entry and not having to juggle key cards. We very much appreciated the starter packs for coffee and cleaning - nice touch. Pam Bay is a great location with a well groomed property and beach front. We had great weather so did make use of either pool. Both bathroom floors are made of stones which would be great if they were smaller. Oddly large enough that to walk is awkward. Overall, a great trip!!

We had never been to Siesta Key. We will return, and we will use this rental if possible. Great location, and many things to do in the area if you are not a beachie.

Had a great two weeks. Unit decorating was awesome. Beach is the best. Views were priceless.

The place was very nice. It was very convenient to stores. We felt very comfortable staying there.

Love staying on Siesta Key...number one beach in the world! Our weather was cold and windy this year but our time on the key was great no matter what!

This year was the third year I have stayed at Crystal Sands in a Dan Morgan LLC managed property. Everything was as advertised and the few problems that arose were quickly taken care of. I highly recommend this firm.

We were absolutely thrilled with our week at Siesta Dunes-6216-A. The location was ideal for the entire family to enjoy the pool and/or the Gulf. I would highly recommend it to a family with children of all ages (our grandchildren ranged from ages 5mos to 16yrs). And then to top it off, it offered stunning view of the sunset!!!

We stayed for 8 nights with 2 adults and 3 teenage kids. Siesta Dunes is in a great location a few minutes away from great restaurants and the grocery store. The complex has a really great pool and hot tub, beautiful grounds, nice grills with a large seating area on the deck by the beach. The unit was newly updated and remodeled. Very nice kitchen and bathrooms. Furniture was nice attractive and comfortable. It felt open and spacious. The master bedroom suite was really nice. We liked the fact that it was on the first floor and could run back and forth to the pool and the beach without going up and down stairs. We rented beach bikes and paddle boards for the week from Siesta Bike and Kayak which we used constantly. Can't wait to go back to siesta and I would love to go right back to this unit when we do.

I would guess Dan Morgan has a PhD in hospitality, guest relations and customer service- he doesn't 'miss a beat!'

Morgan Properties Crystal Sands Unit 702 is a beautiful condo right on Siesta Key beach, with a gorgeous unobstructed view of the ocean and beach. The condo is updated, full of all the amenities required for a great stay, clean and well maintained. We'll be back next year!

Overall outstanding vacation. Siesta Dunes is great location, excellent facilities, very nicely landscaped. Condo was very clean, nicely decorated, good location on property and very comfortable.

We rented for a week and this property exceeded our expectations. Only down side was the noise in the morning of the maid's cleaning cart rolling/ thumping down the walkway in front of the guest bedroom!

This condo is awesome! Seriously. Kitchen and Bathrooms are top notch. It feels very upscale and you will love it. My kids really enjoyed having a pool right outside our front door if they wanted to take a quick swim. Of course, the ocean front pool and beach was amazing! Property managers were super and helped us with every question or concern. Very professional. You will not be disappointed! Rent this condo.
