We have stayed at a variety of condos on many different beaches in Florida and throughout the country and this by far topped every one of them! The unit was gorgeously remodeled with all of the modern conveniences and was super CLEAN! The seperate guest suite in the lower level was perfect for accomodating another family member, parents, etc. It is perfectly situated between the beach and the pool with easy walkout to the HUGE deck with grills, tables and chairs. I'm usually very picky and I always find one or two things I would change to make the condo perfect but with this one I couldn't find anything I would change! Just a wonderful condo, perfectly situated on a sugar sand beach within walking distance to conveniences/restaurants and shops!

Awesome-My only recommendation is that the unit is on a ground floor and the spare bedroom faces the entry and walkway for the general population. The shade was nice, but definitely needs a boost-I felt like everyone could see me sleeping in the bed. Maybe a little set of curtains that could be dropped across the window for some more privacy. Otherwise all was perfect and we had a great time

My family and I have been vacationing in Siesta Key for more than 20 years. The last four years, we have rented from Morgan Properties and have truly loved our stay at Crystal Sands #504. The views absolutely cannot be beat at Crystal Sands and unit #504 if the loveliest condo we've rented in all our years vacationing in Siesta Key. The condo is beautifully designed, well kept and has all the essential amenities. Dan, the property manager is excellent - he's responsive and always works to meet our vacation schedules. We love our time at Crystal Sands #504 and each year we leave, we're counting the days until our next visit!

First, the ease of booking was amazing. The owners also give you an app with all the information you need in the condo. The condo is as pictured. Very clean, very stylish and very comfortable. The beds were very comfortable as well. The condo complex is lovely - saltwater pool steps away from this unit and the beach a few more steps from there. I would absolutely rent this unit again.

We had a great stay - The villa was as pictured and the location could not have been better. Dan and his staff were very nice and responded quickly to any questions we had. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks Dan!

We had gorgeous sunset views the 2 weeks in early April we stayed here. Not to mention beautiful weather the entire stay. The condo was imacculate! All the creature comforts of home with that ocean view. The complex rarely ran out of beach lounge chairs. One thing is I wished the owners provided low beach chairs for the renters though. That's how I like to enjoy the sand!

Our family of 5 stayed at Crystal Sands for spring break. We enjoyed working with Dan Morgan for our rental. It was very clean and nicely furnished. It seemed to be a bit quieter than other sections of the beach. This was our second year renting from Morgan properties and we would definitely rent this unit again

Very nice unit on a beautiful beach. Had decent beach chairs in the unit to combat the spring break crowd.

Very nice property, nicely equipped. Comfortable beds. Loved the cable service and DVR. You can only take so much sun, so it was nice to save and watch our normal shows.

The unit was nice, clean and up to date, I think the tile on the screened in porch is a mistake as it is always wet from the sprinklers and dangerous

We had a great time at Siesta Dunes over spring break. The unit was really nice and the location was perfect.

Excellent in all respects.

Arrival and check in were very easy, condo was very nicely equipped with linens and kitchen needs. Condo was in very good condition however, mid week there was a small water leak coming from the upstairs unit, dripping down through our ceiling. Sea Shell seemed to correct it that day and we were very happy with how it was handled.

Wonderful condo and positioned just perfect with the beach, shopping, the village. Master Room mattress was as hard as bricks. Didn't sleep well. Other than that, only problem was with the parking sticker that Morgan's gave us to use wasn't correct with the condo office. Had to fill out paperwork in office to get official parking pass.

This was our fourth winter in this unit and it did not disappoint. Already reserved for next year. Location is great, unit is great. A perfect place to avoid the frozen northeast.

It was just great!!!

Fabulous time! The location of this unit in the building is perfect for watching sunsets, having a view of the beach and the ability to walk up, if one desires. The space is comfortable for 2 couples or family members to join you. If I were to have a negative comment, it would be our staying over Easter weekend, it was extremely busy....traffic, beach and pool which was very noisy when sitting out. I highly recommend this unit.

Morgan Properties were very easy to work with. We loved the app feature and the keyless entry system. The condo was very clean - thanks Star Cleaning! A wonderful two week stay with covered parking, beach chairs provided, a walk right out of the condo to the beach, close to Creascent Beach shops and restaurants and of course the required nightly gorgeous sunset.

Very nice condo. Well maintained. Wonderful view. Computer,printer and office materials was a nice and needed touch. Will rent again.
