We spent a week at Siesta Dunes #4-6216A. We had a great time. The condo was clean, well beautifully decorated and everything we wanted and needed. The beach was wonderful as well! Highly recommend this condo and complex.

Have stayed in this unit six years in a row. Every year some part of the unit get's upgraded. This year it was the deck furniture. If you're going to Siesta Key, stay with Morgan Properties.

We loved Crystal Sands #609. Perfect place to spend some relaxing time at the beach. The condo was just beautiful and the views from the lanai outstanding. The pool was nice but needed some umbrellas for shade.

We stayed in #1111 from 5/16 - 5/30/2015. It is a very beautiful and updated unit with a light and 'beachy' feel. We loved it. I was hesitant because of the location at the back side of the tower but it truly was an incredible view. I liked that it had both a pool view and the city view in the distance. As always, Dan Morgan is great to work with, and he is very responsive. This was another great vacation in a Morgan property at Crystal Sands!!

It was the best trip we have ever taken. The Crystal Sands condo was so beautiful and well maintained. Plus the information provided in the app was excellant. We will definitely return in the future.

We rented 4 condos this time for a mini family reunion. The views from 803 are absolutely beautiful. The condo was clean and if we needed anything Dan Morgan was there to help. We will be back again on 2017.

We just returned from a week stay in this beautiful rental. Dan Morgan is so easy to work with and makes this place the best on Crescent Beach to stay. This was our second stay in this unit, and will definitely plan to return. Beautiful inside features, great view, and prime location on the beach! Love it, and hated to come home!!

Place we stayed had to be cleaned. This may have been due to fact that they were working on the interior and this required cleaning and dusting from our kids.

Dan was helpful. I needed a unit quickly and he came thru for me.

We love everything about Siesta Key and this property!

We stayed in this condo with 2 small kids and it was a great size for 2 adults & 2 young kids. I generally don't like to do first floor properties but I did like that we had an extra patio outside that the other floor units don't have where we could put towels & suits out to dry in the sun, and walking to & from the pool from the condo was super convenient since it faces the pool. It was great to have the small screened in porch to eat in and sit and read when in the condo, etc. This condo complex is nice- the 'gate' to get in & out was broken in the up position the whole time we were there, but the island is very quiet and has a safe feel. The pool was great, the most shallow is 4.5 ft but does have steps for younger kids to hang out on, and the beach is awesome, there were always plenty of chairs for us to use and lots of space (we were there mid May so not very crowded in general). The condo itself was overall well equipped & very nicely furnished, great bathrooms, though some things missing that we ended up buying & leaving there, such as some sand toys and a corkscrew...a beach umbrella would be a nice addition to the condo. additionally, renters should note that the laundry is in the 2nd bedroom closet so that bedroom does not have a closet that you can hang things in (not an issue for us, and the master closet is huge). Groceries and other necessities are very close by on Siesta Key & just over the bridge and the village is a short drive. The only real issue we had was that our access code didn't work on arrival and we had to track down the mgmt company after hours to get it changed. We loved Siesta Key, had a great trip and would recommend this unit and complex.

Morgan Properties was wonderful to work with. Any time I emailed Dan I receive a response very quickly. The app download was very convenient. Great location! It was our first time to Siesta Key and we enjoyed every minute of it. Loved that this unit is on the first floor so easy to access. Definitely get a laundry card from the office and its so easy to use any time you want. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful place to get away with all the comforts of home. Beach is wonderful as well as the sunsets. Highly recommend.

I enjoyed the location and that the beach was right out the front door! The room was very clean, spacious, very pretty!!! My only concern was that no one was there to open the front door to condo building. We had to wait for someone to open the door and follow a guest in which is scary becauae that means anyone could really just walk in. But the overall check in and out worked well when downloading the app and getting all the information right on my smart phone!

We had such a wonderful time on this vacation. My daughter said it was like heaven. Hope to be back next year.

We return every other year for a family get together, and it was wonderful. The views are beautiful, and any problems were quickly fixed. Dan Morgan is the best.

I was in town for my Brother's wedding. It was a fantastic time. The Condo was everything we had wanted and very affordable. Clean, spacious, just seconds from the beach and minutes from local restaurants and night life. My family could not stop raving about the location and accommodations. Checking in and out was a breeze and we all had a fabulous time. Thank you.

Vacation was good, beaches were by far the most beautiful. It was a good vacation place, will not hesitate in staying there again!

This is the second time we have stayed in this unit. The description is is comfortable,up to date with modern amenities and steps from the beach. There is a great beach view from the converted lanai,great spot to view the sunset over dinner. Morgan Properties are fantastic to deal with and answered any of our questions accurately and immediately. This is the third time we have used their services when staying in this location and I would be reluctant to use anyone else! Both pools on the property are very nice but that on the Bay side is quieter and quite idyllic, worth the additional walk. We hope to be back to this location again and would strongly recommend it. If you need something larger we have also rented from Dan at Crystal Sands,and that too was perfect.
