Our condo was exceptional. Very clean, lovely decor, and comfortable. We have stayed in other Morgan Properties and always are very pleased with the accommodations.

We loved our vacation so much in 2014 that we booked it again in 2015. Villa #22 is just perfect for our family of three. We especially love having the garage so we can bring our kayak and paddleboard for all day fun on the beach. It's very quiet and quite comfortable. It has all the comforts of home too. The new washer and dryer were a definite improvement as well.

Our rental experience was very, very good. The only issues we had was getting into the condo -- Morgan Properties had to come to re-program the code to get into the condo; however, they came very quickly. Also, the description of the condo stated it had a washer/dryer but did not.

The whole experience was great from the condo to the beach. The condo was awesome. The bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen were clean and in great condition. The kitchen had everything from utensils to ziplock bags. The view we had was spectacular!!!

This was our 2nd stay with Morgan Properties and with the addition of his new smartphone app, check-in was a breeze and we were allowed in a couple hours early. The condo is beach front center which is what you are paying for. Condo was excellent. We enjoyed our stay and will be back next year!!

We arrived late in the evening and were able to go strait to the room as we had downloaded the app and already had the key code for the door, so no need for any check-in. Room was clean and looked exactly the way the pictures illustrated it. Perfect views of Siesta Beach and minutes from Siesta Key Village. We will be back to stay here!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Crystal Sands. The condo was as described and worked well for two couples. The complex is older, but very clean and well maintained. The condo was renovated within the last few years and is very nice. The beach here is absolutely gorgeous! Lounge chairs are provided on the beach, which was great. I would definitely recommend to a friend. The only drawback is that there is no washer/dryer in the unit. There is a coin laundry in the building directly across from the unit. Another suggestion to the owners would be to include TV's in the other bedrooms. Currently just the master has a TV. Morgan Properties was great to work with.

We always rent in midnight cove this year we decided to try something new we had a great time atvthe beach the property we stayed in was villa v6 it was nice great rooms it is a well kept unit we had a great time

We booked this property last minute, because we had reservations somewhere else and the place was awful. We arrived and they went out of there way to get us everything we needed to make it threw the night, since we booked last minute the cleaning staff had not made it there. The next day the cleaning staff arrived and they went and got us all new bed sheets, towel, beach towels, etc. The condo was very nicely decorated, we were ocean/pool front, and filled with everything we needed(beach chairs,unbrellas, boogie boards) I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

The rental process went very smoothly and the app with all of the access codes was great. We enjoyed the size of the condo and the large glass dining table was great. Pools are even better in person and the proximity to the beach was very close.

We had an excellent experience at Crystal Sands villa #22. After the air conditioning was fixed, everything went fine. We loved that the owners had beach umbrellas, bikes, chairs, coolers etc. That was very helpful.

This was our first trip to Siesta Key and we absolutely loved it. Our condo was located on the Gulf side with about a 2 minute walk to the beach. Our condo was very clean and comfortable. I would recommend the Palm Bay Club to everyone. We were highly satisfied and had a wonderful vacation!

Our stay a Crystal Sands was beautiful! Very satisfied with property, we had two units in the month both very nice. Dan Morgan was extremely accommodating and very helpful during our stay.

I was most happy with Morgan Properties. Having an APP to follow the check in and check out process was very helpful. This unit was in good shape and was to our expections. The only negative was that there was no washer and dryer in the unit. There was a coin operated washer and dryer less than 30 feet from the unit, however in the past 25 years we have never rented a unit without a washer and dryer. Especially with this being a 3 bedroom unit, the need for laundry is great. The walk to the beach is a bit more than 100 yard. I would give it all of three times that, but still not a bad haul. All in all, I would say this unit met most of our expectations. 4 and half stars.

We rented this unit as well as 6216A, which is directly above. The views from both units are terrific. This condo is very well furnished, clean, and in a great location. Having the garage and the lower level efficiency were very helpful. Would definitely rent this unit again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo is large and spacious, well furnished, with terrific views of the Gulf. The garage is a big plus, as we could put our beach toys and inflatables there for easy access to and from the beach. We had a couple of appliance-related questions during our stay, and the property management company was very prompt in addressing them. We would definitely stay here again.

Crystal Sands in my opinion is the best place to stay in Siesta Key. This is our 2nd stay here and would not stay anywhere else. The view itself from #1107,completely breath taking!

This unit is decorated very nicely. It has everything you need. We couldn't have been more happy with our stay!

It was great! Nice clean place. Pool was also very nice! Easy and close beach access!

Glorious but HOT week for our family to enjoy SK. Loved the convenience of the "almost private pool". Even the walk to the best beach was easy. We loved Turtles and Phillipi Creek restaurants. Enjoyed Lobster bisque from Lobster Pot and Captain Curts Clam chowder, Solorzano pizza and Olafs ice cream. The German bakery is always a favorite. Sounds like food and water were the highlights of this vacation ! We went to relax and share a week at our favorite beach with all of our immediate family renting villas 12A and 6. This worked out perfectly for us and we even enjoyed an afternoon visit from our two nephews from the Fort Myers area. Both villas met our needs for a relaxing family get together!

Crystal Sand #1111 is most newly renovated in the building, and it was done beautifully! Fantastic views from every room, and we enjoyed that our portion of he beach is private so less crowding. Dan Morgan was great to work w/ when making the reservations, and John was very helpful & quick in returning texts to answer our questions. The Morgan Properties app for your smart phone is top notch a well. We will definitely be back!
