This property is very beautiful, we loved the location and this particular rental is one of the closest to the beach that you can get at Siesta Dunes. The large deck and free gas grills present a wonderful setting to grill some supper and take in the beautiful sunset at the same time. The pool and hot tub are very nice clean and close to. This condo is very clean spacious and beautiful couldn't ask for much more. The 2 main bedrooms are very spacious and then the upstairs 2 bedrooms one has 2 twin beds the other a pullout sofa sleeper are a little smaller but worked great for our kids. Then the 5th bedroom below in the separate mother law suite was very nice as well we had so much room upstairs we didn't even use it except to store a few things. For 6216B The only slight downfall which wasn't a huge deal is there are quite a few stairs to get to the washer and dryer in the garage. Other than that I would highly recommend this property and 6216B condo. They also have quite a few sand toys inner tubes floaties etc, there are plenty of clothes baskets towels etc at condo as well. If you have an infant we have a 15 month old they don't have a pack and play or anything like that so just to inform you. We hope to be back soon, thanks God Bless...

We had a wonderful experience with this property! It was gorgeously renovated and stocked with everything we could possibly need for our getaway to Florida--beach toys, umbrellas, all the kitchen items you could need, and even huge TVs for binge-watching TV shows during the late afternoon thuderstorms. The property manager was responsive. The complex property was well maintained and ideally located on the beautiful beach. Fortunately we went at the beginning of the slow season, so we had an uncrowded pool and beach at our disposal. We would absolutely return and highly recommend this property. Just don't book it out from under us when we return! :)

We stayed with our two grandchildren, ages 5 and 8 and this unit was perfect. The pool just outside was really popular with the little ones. The unit was clean and everything worked well. The bathrooms were particularly nice with the beautiful tile work.

We stayed in this condo recently and had a wonderful experience. The owner was really easy to work with and even adjusted our stay by a day with no extra fees due to a funeral we needed to attend. The condo has been completely renovated and is gorgeous and clean. There are plenty of drawers in the bathroom which make it really nice to organize all your makeup, hair appliances, etc. It was right on the beach which is really convenient.

It was our 50th. wedding anniversary celebrated w/our entire family and was a great experience w/ Morgan Prop. from day one. First class service for a first class property on a first class beach.

We had a great time. We have been coming to Siesta Key for the past 15 years and have stayed at several of the condominiums on Midnight Pass Road including several other units at Siesta Dunes. This was the nicest apartment by far. The only thing I would recommend is to change the window treatments on the bedroom sliding door so it blocks out more of the sunlight.

The condo was beautiful, the views were spectacular. The bedroom was spacious and comfortable, the kitchen had everything you needed, the living room was beautiful. This our second time at the Palm Bay Club and would recommend the wonderful condo to anyone who loves the beach and wants to stay in a beautiful place. Will be back next year. Thanks for helping us create yet another great Siesta Key memory.

Awesome property!!!

Condo was in good condition, well maintained, comfortable furniture; we loved the location, overlooking the pool, and short walk to the beach. Nice to park in a garage, but not necessary with plenty of open parking. Web site made communications easy with management, answering everything we needed to know. Thank you for your efforts.

We had such a great time on our vacation at Siesta Key this summer. The beach was gorgeous and the water is beautiful, but the weather was a little on the uncooperative side a few of the days, so having such an awesome place to stay overlooking the ocean, made our stay so enjoyable. We will definitely be back!

This unit was in the perfect location. It was in the center of the complex, on the first floor with a door that led straight to the pool. We had just a short walk (right around the pool) to get to the beach. There were plenty of beach chairs available every day. The condo unit itself could not have been more perfect. It was spacious, immaculately clean and very up to date. The washer and dryer into were an added bonus! We loved our experience here and are already among to return next summer!

My family and I have been coming to Siesta Key for the past six years and every year is better than the last. This was our second time staying at the Crystal Sands Villa. This villa was very comfortable and accommodating...we had a GREAT time.

Unit is very well located and the view was spectacular. The unit was very clean and we had all that we needed. We could have used tupperwares (there really weren't any) and the master bath shower didn't drain very well. Very spacious living areas and the upstairs rooms were fine for our kids ages.

This is the best condo we have ever stayed in. The style was so relaxing and every detail was perfect. It was clean and tidy and very comfortable. The beds were cozy and quiet. It has a small washer and dryer that were very convenient. The dryer does vent into the closet were it is, but we just left that door and the bedroom door open when running laundry and it was fine. There is also a coin laundry handy.
I would absolutely stay in this unit again. It is a super close to the pool and beach and the grounds are beautiful.

We just returned from a week's stay in this fantastic condo. The property is nicely furnished and very clean. The kitchen is well stocked and the ocean view from each room was simply spectacular. Take just a short ride down the elevator and you arrive at the great pool area. Just a few more steps and you are oceanside. Our son made great use of the beach toys provided in the condo on a daily basis. We would certainly recommend a stay here and hope to be back in the near future.

I've been coming to SK for over 40 years, began as a young girl with my parents who owned condos on the key to now coming with my own family and girlfriends! Since I started renting about 6 years ago we have had to try out different properties and by far this was one of the most flawless rentals!! From the initial deposit, to the immediate responses by Dan when I emailed a question, with link sent with app for keyless entry and different ideas for restaurant etc. in the area, it really was one of the best experiences I have had while renting on Siesta Key! We will most certainly be back! Thank you! Ps unfortunately we picked the only rainy weekend in months... So we will Have To come back :)

Lovely condo, well maintained, with all the conveniences of home.

We love staying at Crystal Sands. The condos are always top-notch, the beach is fantastic, and we love the location being within walking distance of restaurants and shopping.

We were very pleased with our condo #1111 at Crystal Sands! The view was spectacular and the location is perfect for nearby shopping and restaurants. The view of the sunsets from our balcony was priceless. We loved the privacy of our own clean beach and access to the beach was just steps away, the condo is on the beach! Beach chairs were always available. The washer and dryer in the condo were like new and very handy to have. The condo inside was like new, new tile floors throughout, new granite counter tops, new stainless kitchen appliances, and all immaculately clean. All the basics such as laundry and dishwashing detergent, trash bags, etc. were provided. Safety was not an issue as you have to have a scanning key to enter the building, three were provided for our condo. We also loved the keyless entry to our condo. Covered, free parking was also provided. Overall, we loved our stay at this location and would highly recommend it to anyone!

Overall our stay was excellent... Villa is well maintained and in great condition. Front office was not any help. Dan Morgan did come to the rescue and resolve the problem.

Best vacation ever...... Absolutely beautiful condo.

I recently stayed in unit 151 with 5 of my friends to celebrate a birthday. The condo was comfortable and a short walk to the beach. It was very clean upon arrival. It is nice to be on the first floor but the outside noise in the master bedroom was disruptive. The unit could use ceiling fans in the bedrooms, hand towel rack in the 2nd bathroom, and a place to hold soap in the 2nd bathroom. The keyless entry was awesome. Made it very easy for all of us to be mobile. I thought the property was nice and it is about 2 miles from the village. Loved siesta key and will be back soon.

From check in to check out this was the BEST experience ever! Great location! Breath taking view! Absolutely awesome! Will definitely be back next year! Everything you could ever want in a BEAUTIFUL BEACH vacation!

Enjoyed staying at the Palm Bay Club again. Came last year and rented a different unit. This was a "gulf Front" unit and was awesome. I would say the amenities are not quite what you might expect from a typical 5 star, expensive rental, but the view was awesome and the place very comfortable. Dan is very easy to deal with. It's still a bit of an effort to get in initially - you need the FOB which is in the unit. You have to be lucky to have someone let you in. There is no other way to get in. Once in, however, you're set.
