Everything was fabulous! Residence has new furniture. Lovely patio that overlooks the pool with nice ocean view. Easy, quick access to the beach. Close to all shopping, etc. Thanks Dan!

By far the best condo we have ever had the pleasure of vacationing in - over 30 years of vacations! The condo was actually CLEAN. The ease of navigating the complex with the FOBS/keypad was superior to having keys for gates, etc. We will absolutely be back and hopefully next time the weather will be more cooperative.

Loved my vacation to Siesta Key. Crystal Sands is a great place to stay. Our room was beautiful!! Will be returning next year!!!!

This property turned out better than what we thought from looking at the pictures. The place is roomy, clean, and at a walking distance to the beach. We had a great time, enjoyed the property and area. Would definitely recommend this to a friend.

I've stayed here three years in a row, and every year the condo is in better shape than the prior year. The photos don't do the unit justice. The bedrooms are big. If you stay here, take good care of the place because I'll be back.

We loved Crystal Sands 107! Very nice condo, clean and in excellent condition. I loved the first floor location as it was steps to the pool and beach and perfect for my young kids! We would not hesitate to return to this unit!

One of the best condos I have ever stayed in at Crystal Sands! Thank-you Dan for taking so much pride in your rental. The view of the beach is breathtaking as is every sunset each day. I loved it so much I want to stay longer next time and I will be calling you to set that up.

The condo was great! We loved the updated kitchen and we can't wait to see what you do with the bathrooms. The views were wonderful from both bedrooms and the family room and the screened in porch was awesome. The rooms and closets were very spacious and the furniture was nice. We were provided with everything we needed. We had never been to Sarasota before but we loved it and we will definately return! Thanks for a memorable vacation!

Great Condo, great location, great beach. My only issue was this unit didn't have a bath tub, which was a little hard with a 2 year old who was not used to showers. But overall it was great.

Crescent Beach and the location of Crystal Sands is very beautiful. The condo. had all the amenities you could ask for. The unit was very clean and comfortable and Morgan Properties was wonderful to deal with!!

Great vacation, condo was large and very family friendly. The beach is to die for....... Management people are onsite and very helpful. Can't wait to go back.

We are property managers in Orlando and expect the best when we rent for our vacation. I have stayed in one of Morgan Properties before and they are well maintained and always work well for us. We previously stayed at his Crystal Sands Condo right on the beach, however, this time it was full. We stayed in the Villa #4, it was right at the entrance, on the main road, it was a 2 minute walk to beach and pool area. I have to work while I am away so the printer and internet was a must for me. The computer is great but I always bring my own. It was well maintained, lots of kitchen supplies, towels linens etc. Another great vacation was had by all. I would definitely stay in a Morgan Property again and would recommmend to a friend. Thanks again for a great property.

Beautiful property and beach. Very clean villa with nice furnishings and ammenities. More road noise than I would have liked. I would love to stay again farther from the road in a beachfront unit.
