Rental and Cancellation Policies
•  100% total cost of reservation due at confirmation if reservation is (60) days or less prior to Arrival Date
•  We do not offer early check-in or late check-out.  Please do not call or ask
•  If Reservation confirmed more than (60) days prior to Arrival Date:
   •    Approximately (25%) of total cost of reservation collected at time of confirmation
   •    Approximately (75%) of total cost of reservation collected (60) days prior to Arrival Date
•  Client must be at least (30) years old to confirm reservation and must be occupy the property during stay
 IT IS RECOMMENDED Client purchase Travel Insurance coverage from us at time of reservation
   •    Travel Insurance may cover loss of monies paid due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, family emergencies or health related issues
•  Client must provide a valid credit card and in the event there is damage or lost items
   •    Client authorizes credit card to be charged in the event of damage or lost items
   •    Charges may include additional laundry charges, excessive wear of towels, beach towels, or linens
•  We inventory each property after every departure
    •    Missing items such as bath or beach towels, garage door openers, coolers, etc. will be automatically charged
•  Client agrees that number of people stated at time of reservation will be the maximum number of people permitted to occupy property 
•  No pets permitted inside rental property or on premises. NO EXCEPTIONS
•  No smoking permitted inside the rental property
    •    We will charge credit card $500 plus actual damages if we determines anyone smoked inside of rental property

Cancellation and Changes Policy
•  Client may cancel reservation up to (60) days prior to Arrival Date but forfeit Non-Refundable Processing Fee
•  The Non-Refundable Processing Fee is deducted from any reservation monies paid at time reservation was confirmed
•  If Client cancels reservation less than (60) days before Arrival Date, all monies paid are forfeited
    •    Exception is if Client purchased travel insurance, Client may file a claim with Travel Insurance agency
•  NO CHANGES TO THE RESERVATION ARE PERMITTED (60) DAYS OR LESS FROM ARRIVAL DATE
