Frequently Asked Questions

What amenities are included with my reservation ?
•   We provide the following in every short term rental property we manage:
     •   Beach towels, bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, kitchen towels
     •   Linens: top sheets, fitted sheets, pillows, pillow cases and blankets
     •   Hair dryer in each bathroom
     •   Small cooler
     •   We do not provide baby equipment such as high chairs, cribs, pack-n-plays, toys, noodles, beach toys, tents, beach chairs

What supplies are included in my reservation ?
•   We provide basic starter supplies of the following items. Clients are responsible for purchasing supplies to last for the duration of your stay:
     •   (1) Roll of paper towels
     •   (2) Rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
     •   (1) Small bar of soap at each sink
     •   (1) Trash bag in each trash container
     •   We do not provide laundry, dishwasher or dish washing detergent

What are check-in and check-out times ?
•   Check-in is   3PM
•   Check-out is 10AM

Where do I pick up our keys ? 
•   NO KEYS TO PICKUP, DROP OFF OR MISPLACE !  Each property has a secure, keyless digital deadbolt lock installed.  We issue a unique (6) digit code prior to arrival that activates at check-in time and deactivates at check-out time

How do I confirm our reservation ?
•   You can either place a reservation directly on this website by using the "check availability box" to the left. Or contact us via email and a we will be glad to help you

Is placing my reservation online secure?
•   We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order. We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our payment gateway providers database. It will only be accessible by those authorized with special rights to such systems. They are required to keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your credit cards information will not be stored on our servers

Is smoking permitted at our reserved property?
•   No.  We do not offer any properties that permit smoking inside of a property.  Most condo associations also do not permit smoking on lanais or balconies, smoking is permitted in designated areas only.  If we learn that a tenant has broken this rule, a $500 charge will be automatically billed and placed on the tenants credit card on file.  Additionally the cost to remove smoke odor and deep clean of all comforters, linens, towels, sheets, draperies, will also be billed to tenant.  We take this policy very seriously

May I bring my pet with me?
•   No.  We do not offer any properties that permit pets of any kind.  If we learn that a tenant has broken this rule, the keyless code will be deactivated, tenant will be required to immediately vacate the property, tenant automatically forfeits all remaining nights monies including any prepaid refundable security deposits.  The pet policy is a strict policy that we take very seriously to protect our owner's investment and our future guests that may have pet allergy issues
